Emery is ONE! I dare you to look at that sweet face and NOT burst out grinning! Em is filled with love and light and a billion smiles for her Mama and Daddy - I loved capturing the three of them together, and Grandma Sue too! 

I ADOREEEEEE these first year packages for so many reasons, but number one? The growth! I mean, we all know humans grow from infants and onward, but watching it through my lens, watching husbands and wives meet their sweet babies and become dads and moms for the first time, the second time ... and it's all just a plain and simple MIRACLE. 

That miracle never gets old for me - the miracle of love, seeing the love you have for your spouse literally breathe life into a tiny human that you have this amazing opportunity to watch grow up. Gets me teary-eyed every single time!
